Rich Pusateri

Rich Pusateri is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the customer relationship management and contact center solutions sectors. Currently serving as CEO of MediaVault Plus since January 2011, Pusateri leads the development of a cloud-based platform tailored for contact centers, emphasizing security and scalability. In addition, Pusateri holds multiple leadership roles including Group President of Condado Group, providing consulting services to enhance marketing, sales, and customer service performance. Other roles include Group President at Allshore Virtual Staffing, Group President at Tricension, and former President of TILPRO. Rich Pusateri's career began with a foundational role at Electronic Data Systems and includes significant positions at Deloitte Consulting and eLoyalty Corporation. Pusateri holds an MBA from Wayne State University and a B.S. in Business from Eastern Illinois University.
