Xavier de la Chapelle

Xavier de La Chapelle is the President and CEO at Helis since December 2003. With over 20 years of experience in sales, project management, and IT, Xavier has led teams in various companies such as Naïno, MCI WorldCom, and SAGEM. Xavier holds a Msc in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California and an Engineer’s Degree in Electrical Engineering and Data Processing from Télécom SudParis.
