Donald Jarrett possesses extensive experience in technical support and system administration, currently serving as Manager of Technical Support at Tricentis since November 2020, where roles have included Principal Technical Account Manager and Technical Support Engineer. Prior to Tricentis, Donald worked at Alfresco as a Technical Support Engineer, providing assistance with software architecture and installation across various operating systems and database configurations.
