Genady Rashkovan

Genady (Gene) Rashkovan is an experienced leader in customer support and engineering, currently serving as Vice President of Global Customer Support at Tricentis since August 2021. Prior to this role, Gene was Vice President of Support, Enablement & Scale at Salsify, where responsibilities included creating exceptional support experiences and partnerships with customers utilizing the CommerceXM platform. Previous positions include AVP of Customer Support & Data Center Operations at Perfecto Mobile, where Gene oversaw technical account managers and global customer support, and various leadership roles at EMC XtremIO and Comverse Technology, focusing on continuous engineering and customer service improvements. Gene holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Derby and a Practical Engineer degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Sitrin in Haifa, Israel.
