Jennifer Kuhn

Jennifer Kuhn is an accomplished attorney specializing in intellectual property, data privacy, and technology transfer. Currently serving as Assistant General Counsel for Product, Privacy, and IP at Tricentis since May 2022, Jennifer founded the Product Counsel role in a high-growth SaaS environment, focusing on AI, privacy, and open-source software. Previously, as a Partner at Zuber Lawler, Jennifer established the Austin office and specialized in IP litigation and privacy guidance. Jennifer has also contributed significantly to the Austin Intellectual Property Law Association, serving as Past President and Board Member. With a solo practice founded after the successful acquisition of Mattersight Corporation, Jennifer expanded into data governance while previously serving as Vice President and Chief IP Counsel at Mattersight, where Jennifer enhanced the company's intellectual property assets. Jennifer holds a J.D. from Cornell Law School and advanced degrees in philosophy from Washington University in St. Louis and Lawrence University.
