Tracy McNeil, MBA MSIB, is an experienced professional in customer success management with a strong educational background. Currently serving as Lead Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Tricentis since January 2021, Tracy previously held the position of Customer Success Manager at 365 Vertical from August 2019 to January 2021. Tracy’s extensive experience includes roles as Director of Customer Success and Customer Success Manager at Intellectyx from February 2008 to July 2019, as well as Account Executive at Countrywide Home Loans and various consulting positions at eCollege. Tracy holds a Masters of Science in International Business and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Colorado Denver, in addition to Bachelor of Arts degrees in Geography and History from the University of Colorado Boulder.
