Nikolay Nikitkin

Lead Architect at TriCerat

Nikolay Nikitkin has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies. Nikolay started their career as an Enterprise Support Analyst at the National Institutes of Health in 2005. In 2007, they joined WR Grace as a Helpdesk Tech before moving on to RWD as a Helpdesk Tech, where they served as a technical lead on an online backup software project.

In 2008, Nikolay joined triCerat as an International Support Specialist, providing technical pre-sales software demonstrations and serving as the single point of contact for tier 3 technical support for European/UK customers. During their time at triCerat, they also built and maintained a VMware server farm.

Nikolay continued their career at a2z, Inc. as a Systems Administrator, where they handled various responsibilities such as maintaining virtual machines, managing the Active Directory environment, and performing after-hours maintenance for servers.

Nikolay then worked as an IT Consultant at VitusVet, completing migration projects and creating virtual servers in a Rackspace Cloud environment.

Nikolay's next role was a Systems Administrator at American Office, where they managed the IT Infrastructure at multiple locations and led the migration from Exchange 2010 to Office 365.

Currently, they are employed at Tricerat, first as a Sales Engineer and later as the Lead Architect. In these roles, they deliver pre-sales presentations, provides technical support, and acts as a key technical advisor for Tricerat's software applications and solutions.

Nikolay Nikitkin completed their Bachelor's Degree in the field of Management of Information Systems from the University of Maryland Global Campus in the years 2015-2016. Prior to that, they pursued an Information Technology Cisco Networking degree at Howard Community College from 2007 to 2010.
