Nikita Kapur

Nikita Kapur is a professional with a diverse background in monitoring and evaluation, policy training, and engagement, currently serving as the Global M&E Officer at Trickle Up. As a Co-Founder of Big Bear Farms and an Engagement Manager at Alstonia Impact, Kapur has demonstrated leadership and a commitment to impactful initiatives. Previous experience includes a role as a Senior Policy & Training Associate and Intern at the Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL). Academically, Kapur is pursuing an MSc in Urban Studies at UCL, having previously earned a BSc (Hons) in Economics and International Development from the University of Bath.
