Dawn Dalton

Dawn Dalton has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Dawn began their career in 2006 as the Owner/Operator of Dalton's Family Childcare. During their tenure, they successfully implemented safety standards to meet AZ code 6A.A.C. and achieved a 0% turnover rate in controllable factors. In 2010, they volunteered at the Summit Community Church. In 2013, they joined American Residential Properties, Inc. and held various roles, including Information Systems Analyst, Business Intelligence - Virtual Data Manager, and Director of IT Business Applications. From 2016, Dawn has been working at Tricon Residential, starting as the Director of Business Systems and progressively moving up to Vice President and then Senior Vice President of Enterprise Business Systems.

Dawn Dalton obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Phoenix between 2008 and 2011. Dawn then pursued an MBA in Business at the same university from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they attended Orange Coast College from 2005 to 2006. In addition to their formal education, Dawn obtained a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from the Scrum Alliance in July 2019.
