Frank Cohen

Frank Cohen is a Senior Managing Director at Blackstone, a leading global investment firm. He joined the firm in 1996. In his capacity as a Senior Managing Director, he is the Global Head of Core+ Real Estate and the Chairman and CEO of Blackstone Real Estate Income Trust. During his career with the firm, he has been involved in well over $100 billion of real estate transactions.

He serves as a director for several Blackstone affiliated companies, including Blackstone Real Estate Income Trust and EQ Office and was formerly a director of Hudson Pacific Properties (NYSE: HPP). He is also active in several industry and civic organizations, as a Trustee of the Urban Land Institute, on the NAREIT Advisory Board of Governors, on the Board of the Regional Plan Association and on the Board of Visitors of the Weinberg College of Arts and Sciences at Northwestern University.

Mr. Cohen received a BA from Northwestern University, where he graduated from the Honors Program in Mathematical Methods in the Social Sciences, with a double major in political science.
