Josh Nogowski

Josh Nogowski has a diverse range of work experience in the real estate industry. Josh started their career as a Sales Agent at Sunvest Communities in 2005. Josh then worked as the Dade Broward Sales Director at Plum pads LLC, where they managed a team of rental agents and identified deals for multi-family investment properties. In 2012, they joined Lake Success Living/SFRH as an Acquisitions Manager, where they built relationships and negotiated high-volume purchases of REO and Short Sale real estate. At the same time, they also became a Hotel Condo Minority Partner at Atlantic Resort n Spa, owning four units in the luxury resort. Later in 2014, they joined Tricon Residential as the Vice President of Acquisitions & Dispositions, responsible for creating relationships, negotiating purchases, and executing strategies to stabilize and add value to portfolio-owned assets. Overall, Josh Nogowski has shown expertise in acquisitions, dispositions, relationship-building, and portfolio management in the real estate industry.
