Justin Flowers has extensive experience in human resources technology and information technology, currently serving as the Director of HR Technology at Tricon Residential. Previously, Justin held various positions at Floor & Decor, including Senior Manager and Manager of Information Technology, as well as Senior HRIS Analyst at Colonial Pipeline Company. Justin's career began at Aon Hewitt, where roles included Workday Principal Consultant and Systems Analyst, and also included experience as a Junior Technology Specialist at JETT Communications. Justin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from Kennesaw State University between 2001 and 2005.
