Reshma Block, MBA, currently serves as Chief Technology Officer at Tricon Residential, a Blackstone Portfolio Company, overseeing Innovation, Data & Analytics, IT Operations, Cybersecurity, and Enterprise Architecture across North America and India. Previously, Reshma Block was a member of the Board of Directors at Healthcare Trust of America, Inc., participating in the merger with Healthcare Realty and serving on various board committees. Reshma Block founded Compass Consulting, LLC, a woman-owned technology consulting firm, and held executive roles at My Life Compass, BioNovix, and Intel Corporation, where significant contributions included managing substantial IT budgets and leading technological innovations. Reshma Block’s educational background includes an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Systems Security from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
