Robert Sedore

Robert Sedore has over 20 years of experience in the real estate and hospitality industry. Robert currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Asset Management at Tricon Residential, where they oversee a portfolio of rental housing assets. Prior to Tricon Residential, Sedore held roles at Barney River and CBRE Canada, where they managed hotel portfolios and conducted feasibility studies and valuations. Robert also has experience in property management, having worked at Dream Unlimited and Fairmont Hotels & Resorts. Sedore's expertise includes asset management, capital budgeting, project management, and investor communications.

Robert Sedore's education history includes a Bachelor's of Commerce degree in Hotel and Food Administration from the University of Guelph, obtained from 2001 to 2005. Robert is currently pursuing a Post Graduate Certificate in Valuation / AACI at The University of British Columbia, which they began in 2015 and is expected to complete in 2018. In addition, they hold a certification in Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management from Cornell University, which they obtained in 2009.
