Sherrie Suski

Ms. Suski is responsible for overseeing the Human Resources function for Tricon. She serves as a strategic business advisor to the executive team and departmental heads in regard to key business and management issues, leading organizational strategy, promoting operational effectiveness, and elevating team performance through innovative leadership.

With the Company’s ambitious growth plans, Ms. Suski is highly focused on the acquisition and development of caring and talented employees – as they are the foundation and future leaders of the Company.

Ms. Suski brings to Tricon more than 20 years of experience at building, inspiring and retaining high performance teams. She has led human resource and administrative functions for large multi-national organizations and numerous venture-backed start-ups, in the high-tech and big data space. She holds a Master’s Degree from California State University Long Beach and a Bachelor of Science Degree from University of California, Irvine, graduating both Phi Beta Kappa and Cum Laude. Ms. Suski is an official member of the invitation-only Forbes Human Resources Council, and is regularly published by Forbes.
