William Richard

William Richard has had a diverse work experience in the financial and real estate industries. William is currently a Managing Director at Tricon Residential, where they previously held roles as Head of Acquisitions & Asset Management, Executive Vice President, and Senior Vice President. Prior to Tricon Residential, William worked as a Senior Vice President at True Investments. William also served as an Assistant Vice President at Arch Bay Capital, where they led the Asset Resolution and REO departments and managed a portfolio of non-performing residential mortgages and properties. Before that, they held the position of Director at Morgan Stanley and Associate Director at the American Stock Exchange.

William Richard earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from San Diego State University between the years 1999 and 2003.
