Eric Lafleur

Eric LaFleur has a comprehensive work experience spanning over 17 years. Eric currently holds the position of Sr. Data Analyst at TricorBraun since July 2022. Prior to this, Eric worked at Bayer Crop Science for 7 years, starting in November 2019 as a Sr. Analyst. During their time at Bayer, Eric was responsible for various tasks such as US Lead Local Caretaker for Bayer 2022 Global Strategy Travel & Expense Reduction of Services, creating training materials, assessing business processes, providing system support, and acting as a liaison with stakeholders.

Before joining Bayer, Eric worked as the Global Credit Card Program Administrator from May 2016 to November 2019. Eric also served as an ERD Data Analyst, Master Data from February 2015 to May 2016 at Bayer Crop Science.

Prior to their tenure at Bayer, Eric worked as a contractor to Monsanto through Randstad from July 2014 to January 2015. Eric also gained valuable experience at CenturyLink (Formerly Savvis Inc.), where they held the role of Analyst II, Global Payments from April 2012 to July 2014, as well as the role of Telco Processor from April 2011 to April 2012.

Eric's professional journey began at Accountemps, where they worked as a Contractor from September 2010 to April 2011. Eric also gained experience as a Reimbursement Services Specialist at Heritage Behavioral Health Center from March 2008 to August 2010. In this role, they were responsible for reviewing clinical services, preparing billings, reviewing client financials, and fulfilling other administrative tasks.

Eric's earliest work experience was as a Driver at Home City Ice from May 2005 to August 2008. In this role, they obtained a Class "C" driver's license and maintained on-time delivery schedules while also training new drivers.

Eric LaFleur attended Western Illinois University from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Broadcasting.
