Susan Francis

Susan Francis, PMP has extensive experience in project management and laboratory operations. Susan most recently served as the Director of the Project Management Office at TriCore Reference Laboratories from April 2016 to present. Prior to that, they were a Manager at TriCore Reference Laboratories from February 2012 to April 2016.

Before joining TriCore Reference Laboratories, Susan held the role of Senior Laboratory Specialist at Ortho Clinical Diagnostics from January 2010 to December 2011. Susan also worked at Ortho Clinical Diagnostics as a Regional Manager from 2006 to 2009, as an Area Service Manager from 2003 to 2006, and as a Laboratory Specialist and Senior Laboratory Specialist from 2000 to 2003.

Susan began their career as a Clinical Pathology Manager at Lovelace Health System from 1998 to 2000.

Susan Francis, PMP, has a solid educational background in the field of management and medical technology. Susan obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Medical Technology from East Central University between 1987 and 1991. Following this, they pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix from 1993 to 1995.

In addition to their formal education, Susan Francis has also obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. Susan became a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) through the Scrum Alliance in March 2019, demonstrating their knowledge and expertise in agile project management methodologies. Furthermore, they achieved the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in November 2016, solidifying their capabilities in project management.
