Julia Volkovich

Julia (Kotlyar) Volkovich, PMP, CSM, is an accomplished project management professional with extensive experience in leading IT and finance transformation initiatives across various sectors. Currently serving as the Director of the IT Project Management Office for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Julia has previously held significant positions at American Tower, Thermo Fisher Scientific, NSF International, Applied Dynamics International, Ally Financial Inc., J.P. Morgan, Citi, Ernst & Young, and JPMorgan Chase. Notable achievements include leading a multi-year AIG Finance Transformation Program at Thermo Fisher Scientific, founding the IT PMO at NSF International, and orchestrating global remediation training programs at J.P. Morgan. Julia holds a Master’s degree in International Management from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Accounting from the University of Michigan.
