Suresh Indiran has worked in various roles in the recruitment field since 2012. In 2012, they were an HR Recruiter at Asng Consultancy Services, where they were responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes and sourcing quality profiles from job portals. In 2013, they were a Team Leader at SAI SHREE CONSULTANCY PRIVATE LIMITED, where they were responsible for mentoring and motivating team members to ensure daily schedules/interviews and achieving target figures. That same year, they also began working at Crescens Inc. as a Senior Technical Recruiter, where they were responsible for full-life-cycle recruitment, detailed sourcing of candidates, and initial screening of resumes. In 2018, they became a Senior Recruitment Coordinator at Talent Asia Consulting. In 2019, they began working at Trident Consulting as a Senior Technical Recruiter.
