Paul Fleming

Paul Fleming is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the water and climate tech sectors. As the President of WaterValue since October 2021, Paul has provided advisory services to startups, scaleups, and investors, as well as consulting on corporate water strategy and climate resiliency. Paul also serves as a Strategic Advisor for Upstream Tech and a Venture Partner at Social Impact Capital. Additional roles include Advisor positions at Trident Desalination, Qatium, Vector Center, and Waterplan, as well as Fellow at the Alliance for Global Water Adaptation. Previously, Paul contributed as a Committee Member to the National Academy of Sciences, advising the Global Change Research Program, and held the role of Global Water Program Manager at Microsoft. Paul holds a BA in Economics from Duke University and an MBA from the University of Washington.
