Andrea Steward-Hughf

Andrea Steward-Hughf is an experienced leader in social care and inclusion, currently serving as the Head of Social Care and Inclusion at Trident Reach the People Charity since May 2019. In this role, Andrea manages a diverse portfolio of services, including domiciliary care, housing support for individuals with learning disabilities, and various community engagement initiatives. Responsibilities encompass budget development, recruitment, tender preparation, policy writing, and overall department management, while also acting as a safeguarding officer and trainer in person-centred approaches.
