Gary Rose is an experienced leader in aviation and maritime training, currently serving as the Head of Aviation and Maritime Training Division and National Manager Aviation Capability and Development at Trident Services Australia since May 2018. Prior to this role, Gary worked with ISS Facility Services Australia and New Zealand from September 2006 to April 2018, where responsibilities included serving as Aviation Training and Compliance Manager, Operations Duty Manager, and Passenger Screening Site Supervisor. In these positions, Gary developed training packages, enhanced security standards, and facilitated day-to-day operations to ensure compliance with aviation security requirements. Gary holds a TAE Cert IV in Training and Assessment and has been educated at Learning Professionals and St Laurence's College.
