Katherine Torbush

Katherine Torbush is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic volunteer engagement, membership relations, and healthcare administration. Currently serving as the Director of Strategic Volunteer Engagement at Trident United Way since August 2022, Katherine is responsible for innovating and managing the volunteer impact area while overseeing recruitment and retention efforts. Previously, as the Director of Member Relations for the Georgia Dental Association from March 2016 to August 2022, Katherine managed membership data, facilitated the onboarding of new members, and led diversity and inclusion initiatives. Katherine’s earlier roles include positions in dental care coordination and real estate administration, showcasing a diverse skill set in client relations and organizational management. Katherine holds a Master's degree in Organizational Behavior and Leadership from Brenau University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Mississippi State University.
