Helen Rees-Owst

Helen Rees-Owst has a diverse work experience in finance. Helen is currently working as the Global Finance Director at Sonoco-Trident. Prior to this, they held various roles at Sonoco, including Financial Controller - UK & Ireland, Director, Group Finance Manager, and Management Accountant. Helen started their career at Archer Daniels Midland as a Trainee Accountant and worked their way up to the position of Junior Financial Controller. Throughout their career, Helen has gained valuable experience in financial management and accounting.

Helen Rees-Owst obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Mathematics from the University of Leicester between 2002 and 2005. Following that, they pursued a professional qualification in Accountancy, completing the ACMA certification at The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants from 2008 to 2010. Finally, Helen attended Alliance Manchester Business School from 2016 to 2018, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Global studies.
