Adam L. Kaplan, Esq. has extensive work experience in various industries. Adam currently serves as the General Counsel at Trident3, where they are responsible for handling corporate, intellectual property, trademark, and contractual matters. Adam drafts and negotiates various agreements, including Master Service Agreements, Project Assignments, MNDA, NDA's, and Partnership Agreements. In addition, they oversee privacy-related issues and ensures GDPR and CCPA compliance. Adam also manages employee, consultant, and advisor agreements.

Before joining Trident3, Kaplan held positions at GCP Capital Group as a Managing Director. Kaplan's career also includes founding member roles at Kaplan & Gamble, LLLP. In this capacity, they negotiated various intellectual property and music-related agreements, including recording artist, publishing, producer, management, distribution, licensing, and merchandising agreements. Adam also drafted partnership, employment, joint venture, and shareholder agreements. During this time, they developed and maintained relationships with numerous entertainment professionals.

In the early stages of their career, Kaplan worked as a Senior Associate at Rudolph & Beer, LLP. Adam'sresponsibilities included negotiating and drafting intellectual property and music-related agreements for clients such as Britney Spears, Justin Timberlake, 98 Degrees, and Trans Continental Records.
