Tiffany Davis, PHR, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources, spanning over 20 years. Tiffany began their career as a Human Resources Assistant at the Huntsville Housing Authority in 2001, where they demonstrated their skills in various HR functions such as compensation, benefits administration, recruitment, policy development, and employee relations. Tiffany implemented and administered an HRIS system, ensuring compliance with regulations and improving departmental efficiency.

In 2010, Tiffany joined Superior Solutions Incorporated as an HR Administrator/Assistant FSO. Here, they administered HR plans and procedures, developed personnel policies, and managed compensation, benefits, and performance management programs. Tiffany also oversaw facility and personnel security administration, maintaining compliance with industry standards and interacting with government agencies.

Tiffany's next role was as a Senior HR Generalist at Trideum Corporation in 2015. Tiffany then pursued their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Human Resources Management at Athens State University from 2004 to 2007. In 2012, Tiffany obtained their Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute. In 2015, they obtained their SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM.
