Arsh Gauttam has a diverse work experience starting in 2015. Arsh began their career as a Design Engineer at VR-Shift Launch Racers from January 2015 to June 2017. Arsh then co-founded Alive Corp in January 2014 and contributed until December 2016. In 2015, they also had an internship at PPAP Automotive Ltd where they gained knowledge about the automobile body sealing system and various manufacturing processes.

In 2016, Arsh Gauttam worked as a Trainee at Proace Institute of Advanced Simulation - India, where they learned finite element analysis and software like ANSYS.
