Paul Rogers

Paul Rogers is an experienced professional in business development and management, currently serving as the Managing Director for EMEA at Tridium since July 2017, where responsibilities include P&L management, leading regional operations, and driving double-digit growth through geographic expansion and product development. Previous roles at Tridium included Director of Global Business Development, where leadership involved a team across multiple countries and the establishment of a multimillion-dollar project pipeline. Prior to Tridium, Paul held significant positions at Samsung Electronics, overseeing product management and marketing for the European market, as well as account management and business development roles. With an engineering background from the University of Nottingham and the University of Leicester, Paul brings a strong technical and strategic acumen to their leadership roles in the HVAC and controls industry.
