Arthur Kolodenko,CPHR,RPR,CTMP

Arthur Kolodenko has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various industries and roles. Arthur is currently the Vice President Human Resources at Tridon Communications, where they oversee the HR function. Prior to this, they were the Human Resources Manager at Buffalo Inspection Services Inc., responsible for culture, compensation, recruitment, training, and employee experience. Arthur also served as a Regional Human Resources Business Partner at IBI Group, where they worked collaboratively with various departments and managed a staff contingent of 500 employees. Arthur also operated their own HR consulting firm, AK HR Consulting, providing HR support to small retail and service businesses. Additionally, they have held HR managerial positions at Cash Store Financial, Acrodex, Walmart, and Sobeys, where they managed HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development. Arthur brings extensive expertise in HR best practices, employee engagement, and overall HR management.

Arthur Kolodenko earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resources from the University of Alberta between 2003 and 2008. Arthur has obtained several certifications, including a Certified Talent Management Practitioner (CTMP) from the Canadian HR Academy in May 2021, a CPHR (Certified Professional In Human Resources) from CPHR Alberta in June 2011, and a Registered Professional Recruiter (RPR) from the Institute of Professional Management. Additionally, they completed the Dale Carnegie Course at Dale Carnegie Training in November 2018 and the Respect in Sport for Hockey Canada Parents certification from Respect Group in June 2023.
