Sandra Koch

Sandra Koch is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in global project management and controlling. Currently serving as Global Project Manager for Finance & Controlling at Tridonic since January 2013, Sandra leads finance transformation initiatives, focusing on process improvement and system alignment, including the SAP S/4HANA rollout. Key achievements include shaping reporting environments with Power BI, enhancing planning structures, and acting as a strategic interface between finance and IT. Previously, as Group Controller at Tridonic, Sandra developed global reporting structures, improved budgeting and forecasting tools, and supported multiple international sites. Prior experience includes a Controller role at SRI Radio Systems GmbH, where responsibilities encompassed managing closings, enhancing budgeting tools, and conducting margin analysis.
