TriDot Triathlon Training

TriDot® delivers patents-pending technology and data-driven methodology to build the most personalized triathlon training programs in the sport. We base this customization on an athlete's biometrics and TriDot's proprietary database of actual triathlete performance metrics which have been collected since 2004. Simply stated, we "engineer" triathletes. Our research has proven that one-size-fits-all training approaches fail to produce meaningful results, waste your time, and can lead to injury. 'Custom' programs based merely on theory and tradition tend to provide similar outcomes. TriDot is different. We're an ideal blend of art and science in training. We let technology do what technology does best, analyze and optimize data. That's the science. And we let coaches do what coaches do best, guide and motivate. That's the art. Our algorithms seek trends and patterns in data using a combination of an athlete's biometrics and our own database of actual triathlete performance. This enables us to discover deep insight other programs can't. Insight changes everything. We deliver better results in up to 30% less training time because we find the optimal amount and type of training that has proven to produce the most results per training hour based on similar athletes in our database and the biometrics of the individual athlete. There's no guesswork or trial & error. While TriDot provides highly scientific, personalized, data-driven plans, we also assign a well-trained coach who applies the "art" of triathlon training. They focus on the human side of training and racing, helping you achieve your goals, offering accountability and assisting you in adapting your training as life requires. Without the burden of generating training plans, coaches have this freedom to more highly support your Triathlon Journey. TriDot. Insight Changes Everything.
