Michael Butler, CITP, CIS has a diverse work experience spanning across different industries and roles. Michael started their career at Federal Express in 1987 as a Manager, where they gained expertise in various areas such as POS & Retail, Customer Service, and International operations. During their time at Federal Express, they provided subject matter expertise on national corporate programs and received training in leadership and customer service development.

After their tenure at Federal Express, Michael joined Booher Consultants in 2003 as an Account Manager. Michael was responsible for managing accounts and maintaining client relationships.

In 2010, Michael joined the Site Texas Chapter where they took on several roles including V.P., Marketing & Communication and President. At Site, they worked towards the goal of unleashing human potential through extraordinary motivational experiences and connecting professionals in the travel and motivational events industry with business leaders.

In 2005, Michael pursued their passion for triathlon and joined TriDot Triathlon Training as a Coach. Michael specialized in various types of triathlon races and provided coaching to athletes.

Currently, Michael is Vice President of Sales at Brightspot Incentives & Events. Michael joined the company in 2009 as a Director and has been instrumental in driving motivation and real results through exceptional execution, custom web development, and award-winning incentive designs.
