Bob started their career at United Parcel Service as an Account Executive, where they focused on creating business development opportunities for key and national accounts. Bob then moved on to Microsoft, where they worked as a Senior Software Quality Engineer and International QA Lead for MS Office pilot languages.

After their time at Microsoft, Bob joined EarthLink as a QE Lead and Senior Software Quality Engineer in the Product Development division. Bob then transitioned to YP (The Real Yellow Pages), initially as a Senior QA Manager and later as the Director of QA and Director of Product Optimization. At YP, Bob managed software QA and testing teams for websites, mobile handsets, and iTV.

Bob then worked at Trailer Park Group as the QA Director, overseeing software quality assurance for their mobile, web, digital, and interactive projects.
