Prior to this role, Nathaniel held positions such as Talent Lead at Screenverse and Boundless, both via Trifecta Talent, and served as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for Fonoa, where responsibilities included strategizing and implementing talent acquisition initiatives for the revenue and go-to-market organization during its growth stages. Nathaniel's experience also encompasses roles at Talentful and zoovu, where expertise in recruitment strategies for commercial positions was honed, along with earlier roles at Emerald Technology and Saleslogic, where Nathaniel developed client relationships and talent acquisition strategies for various organizations. Nathaniel began a career in sales as a Business Development Executive at Curvature after earning a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Marketing from the University of Hull.
