Elke Rommel

Elke Rommel started their work experience in 2006 as an Account Manager at Accent Jobs. Elke then worked as an HR Sales Manager at Consellt from 2008 to 2009. From 2009 to 2022, they worked at Hays, starting as a Consultant Sales & Marketing and progressing to Team Leader Sales & Marketing, Regional Manager, and finally, Branch Manager. In 2022, Elke joined Pro Industry as a Country Manager, where they remained until 2023. Currently, they are a Business Development Lead at TriFinance Belgium and TriHD Belgium, starting in August 2023.

Elke Rommel earned their Master's degree in Business Psychology and Human Resources Management from Ghent University between 2000 and 2005. In 2005-2006, they completed an internship focused on French language at YFU - Ecole des langues. In more recent years, from 2016 to 2019, Elke pursued further education in the field of Sommelier-conseil at Syntra Midden-Vlaanderen.
