M. Colin Shephard

M. Colin Shephard serves as the VP of Engineering at TriForza since December 2024. Previously, M. Colin Shephard held the role of IT Director for Enterprise Systems at Delta Dental of Washington from January 2022 to December 2024 and was IT Director for the Salesforce Platform at DentaQuest from 2015 to February 2022. Notably, M. Colin Shephard successfully implemented a Salesforce solution within a $10M budget and led various software quality assurance and business analyst teams. M. Colin Shephard is recognized for creating effective training programs and fostering a results-driven culture, as well as managing significant operational budgets and teams across multiple organizations. M. Colin Shephard holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Northeastern University and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Cambridge College.
