Eliseo (Eli) Silva

Eli Silva began their career in 1979, when they were certified and took courses with the US Government. In 1988, they joined the Department of Homeland Security, Customs & Border Protection, U.S. Border Patrol, where they held various roles including Assistant Chief Patrol Agent, Chief of Staff, and DHS Executive Mentor in Basrah, Iraq. In 2012, they joined FedSys Inc. as Lead Executive Mentor, and in 2015 they were Executive Director/Police Instructor & Curriculum Developer for Homeland Guardian Training and Consulting FZ LLC. Later that year, they also began a part-time Consultant role with Summit Technologies, Inc. In 2016, they joined Trigent Solutions Inc., where they held the roles of Vice President of Operations and Director Operations Management. In this latter role, they oversaw a team of two and grew the team to over 40, while also defining, developing and establishing policies, and operational processes, and structures to drive high service performance.

Eli Silva attended the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) from 1988 to 1989, where they obtained a Professional Certificate in Homeland Security, Law Enforcement, Firefighting and Related Protective Services. In December 1996, they earned an Instructor/Train the Trainer certification from the US Border Patrol Academy.
