Hildah Essendi, PhD, is an accomplished expert in research and analytics, currently serving as the Global Research & Analytics Director at Tiko since June 2022, where oversight includes monitoring, evaluation, research, and learning across multiple African countries. With extensive experience on advisory boards, including PMA2020, Hildah has contributed to high-quality research design and implementation for various organizations, such as BBC Media Action and Population Services International. Hildah's academic background includes a PhD in Social Statistics & Demography from the University of Southampton, complemented by a Master's in Anthropology and a Bachelor's in Cultural Studies. Hildah has a proven track record in enhancing program approaches through data-driven insights, engaging with government entities, and mentoring research teams to optimize health outcomes in underserved communities.
