Jakub Erdman is an experienced professional in the investment banking sector, currently serving as an Associate in the Investment Banking Division at Trigon since May 2021, following roles as Senior Analyst and Analyst. Erdman has been involved in significant M&A and ECM transactions, including the PLN 250 million SPO of Ryvu Therapeutics, the sale of Kom-Eko to CEE Equity Partners, and the PLN 400 million sale of Krynicki Recykling to Sibelco. Prior to Trigon, Erdman gained experience as an Investment Banking Intern at Bastion Group and as a Transaction Advisory Services Intern at EY, focusing on financial models and valuations across various sectors. Education includes a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree in Corporate Finance from SGH Warsaw School of Economics, along with a certificate in Alternative Investments from Harvard Business School Online.
