Heather Hargis

Heather Hargis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in performance improvement and quality management within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as a Senior Lean Consultant at TriHealth since January 2019, Heather previously held the position of Lab Quality and Performance Improvement Manager at University of Cincinnati Medical Center, overseeing initiatives related to productivity, patient safety, and data presentation for hospital leadership since April 2010. With a solid background as a Performance Improvement Manager at UC Health and various roles at Quest Diagnostics, including Six Sigma Green Belt, Heather has consistently led projects focused on operational efficiency and quality enhancement. Heather holds a Master's in Health Administration from Walden University and multiple degrees from the University of Cincinnati, including a Bachelor’s in Medical Technology and two Bachelor of Science degrees in Biology.
