Giulianna Ruiz

Giulianna Ruiz is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in compliance and legal counsel. Currently serving as the Chief Compliance Officer at Greenbelt Capital Partners since January 2022, Giulianna has held various senior positions at Trilantic North America since January 2014, including Partner, General Counsel, and Chief Compliance Officer. Prior to that, Giulianna was an Associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP from 2006 to December 2013. Giulianna earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2006 and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Art History and Visual Arts from Columbia University in 2002.
