Kathryn Minshew is a seasoned entrepreneur and advisor with extensive experience in career development and strategic planning. As the Founder and Chief Troublemaker of Plotting Mischief since January 2024, Minshew also serves as an advisor to Trilantic North America and XFactor Ventures. Prior to this, Minshew founded The Muse, recognized by Fast Company as one of the 50 Most Innovative Companies in the World, where Minshew led initiatives to support over 75 million individuals in crafting meaningful careers. Minshew is also the author of "The New Rules of Work," providing insights into modern workplace navigation. Minshew’s earlier experience includes strategic roles at the Clinton Health Access Initiative, McKinsey & Company, the U.S. Department of State, and the World Health Organization. Minshew holds a BA in Political Science and French from Duke University and has studied at Sciences Po Strasbourg.
