Ketaki Narkar Manhas

Ketaki Narkar Manhas has extensive experience in Human Resources, spanning various roles and companies. Ketaki is currently working as the HR Strategy Lead at Trilegal since July 2023. Prior to this, they held positions at Willis Towers Watson, where they served as the Assistant Vice President of Human Resources from April 2021 to July 2023, and as the Senior Manager of Human Resources from January 2019 to March 2021. Before that, Ketaki worked as an HR Business Partner at Capita India from January 2017 to May 2018. Ketaki also held roles at Syntel, including Deputy Manager of Human Resources from April 2016 to December 2016, Assistant Manager of Human Resources from July 2014 to March 2016, and Senior Associate of Human Resources from March 2012 to June 2014. Ketaki started their career at A.T.E.Enterprises Pvt.Ltd., where they worked as an Officer of Human Resources from April 2011 to June 2011 and as a Trainee of Human Resources from April 2010 to March 2011. Ketaki also had a role as an Executive of Human Capital Sourcing at Vitasta Consulting from July 2009 to April 2010 and as an HR Intern at Television Eighteen India Ltd from July 2008 to December 2008.

Ketaki Narkar Manhas completed their Executive Development Program in Labour Law at XLRI Jamshedpur in 2018-2019. Prior to that, they pursued their M.A in Industrial Psychology at S.N.D.T from 2007-2009. Continuing their education, they earned their B.A in Psychology from KC College of Management Studies, Churchgate Campus in 2006-2007. Their academic journey began at Holy Cross Convent High School, where they completed their primary and secondary education from 1990-2002.
