Elena Angersbach

Elena Angersbach has a diverse and extensive work experience primarily in the field of finance and mergers & acquisitions. Elena started their career as an Analyst in Mergers & Acquisitions at UniCredit Bank Austria AG in 2006 and then worked as an Associate in Mergers & Acquisitions at HSBC from 2008 to 2011. Elena then joined VERNY CAPITAL as a Vice President in Mergers & Acquisitions from 2011 to 2012. In 2014, Elena started working at UniCredit as a Director in Mergers & Acquisitions and held this role until 2021. In 2023, they became the Head of Finance and HR at TriLite Technologies. Elena also had two periods of maternity leaves in 2013 and 2016.

Elena Angersbach completed their Executive Education - Management Acceleration Programme at INSEAD in 2019-2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Masters in International Finance and Law from Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences from 2001-2006. In 2004, they also participated in a Semester Abroad program at the University of Technology Sydney, focusing on International Business Management.
