Cindy is a broadly accomplished information system professional with 35 + years of experience and a solid record of direct contributions to improved business operations in both the private and government sectors. Her strengths include assessing business system needs, documenting requirements, designing appropriate system solutions, and providing overall project management guidance to clients to satisfy their daily operational needs and modernization initiatives.
She has more than 23 years of experience working with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and Department of Justice (DOJ) including direct collaboration with high-level agency officials. Her experience in the commercial world included time with American International Underwriters (AIU) implementing in-house developed applications and process improvements in their New Zealand, Puerto Rico, Italy, Belgium, and Mexico offices.
