Doug Marcy

Doug is the Director of Business Development who also serves as the Capture Manager for Trillion’s Department of Defense (DoD) efforts. He also serves as the Program Manager for two contracts; NETC, MCTSSA, Camp Pendleton, CA, and USAF IDSS, Colorado Springs, CO.

Doug is a retired Marine who served as a Communications Officer as well as a Marine Security Guard during his time as an Enlisted Marine.

He then worked as a contractor and served as the Team Lead for the Trojan Spirit and the Support Wide Area Network (SWAN) projects within PM Comm and PM Intel at Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM).

Doug came to Trillion Technology Solutions in 2020 when he worked at DHS in the Office of the CIO. Upon completion of the contract, Doug moved to the Business Development team.
