Kevin Goodwin

Kevin Goodwin has held various roles throughout their work experience. Kevin started their career at Arthur Andersen & Co. as a Manager in Assurance, where they provided assurance and business advisory services to a diverse portfolio of client companies. Kevin then joined PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Manager in Assurance, continuing to provide similar services and participating in the preparation and review of various periodic and registration filings.

Afterward, Goodwin joined LyondellBasell, first as a Senior Manager in Accounting Policy and later as a Transaction Manager in Corporate Development. In these roles, they contributed to the successful execution of significant transactions, such as a refinery acquisition and a global titanium dioxide business divestiture.

Subsequently, they joined BMC Software as Director of Technical Accounting, managing a team responsible for technical accounting assessments and accounting policy review. Kevin also played a key role in the external financial reporting team.

Goodwin then joined Buckeye Partners, where they held multiple roles over a span of several years. These roles included Assistant Controller, Senior Director of Investor Relations, Financial Planning & Analysis, and Vice President of Treasurer, Corporate Finance, Investor Relations. In these positions, they led critical aspects of the finance organization, managed investor communications, prepared financial reports and presentations, performed analyses to support decision-making, and liaised with internal and external stakeholders.

Most recently, Goodwin became the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President at Trillium Energy.

Kevin Goodwin graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 1996 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting.
