Becky Smith

Becky Smith has extensive experience in healthcare management and community health. Current roles at Trillium Community Health Plan include Manager of Service Coordination and Supervisor of Non-clinical Care Management, along with a position as Program Specialist for Start Smart for Babies since February 2018. Prior to this, from August 2013 to December 2017, Becky served as a Community Nurse Contracted for ISNP. Earlier professional experience includes working as an LPN and health coach on the medical home pilot project at PeaceHealth from August 2010 to August 2013, and as a Medical Social Worker at McKenzie-Willamette Medical Center from March 2001 to October 2008, focusing on acute care and discharge planning. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Oregon and additional training at Pioneer Pacific.
