Prior to that, they held various positions at Legacy Health, including Vice President of Medicaid Services from November 2019 to July 2022, and President of Legacy Silverton Medical Center from June 2016 to November 2019. Sarah also worked at Silverton Health, where they served as Interim President/CEO from April 2015 to May 2016, VP/Chief Operating Officer for Accountable Care and Service Transformation from December 2014 to May 2016, Executive Director of Accountable Care from November 2013 to November 2014, and Director of Accountable Care Development from May 2012 to January 2014. Additionally, they have experience with Silverton Hospital and Silverton Hospital Network, where they held various roles including Registered Dietitian/Diabetes Educator and Manager of Wellspring Heart and Clinical Nutrition. Sarah's expertise spans leadership, healthcare management, and accountable care.
Sarah Kelley Brewer earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Dietetics from Purdue University, where they attended from 1993 to 1997. Following that, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Nutrition from Purdue University from 1999 to 2001. In 2014 and 2015, they participated in a Clinical Innovations Fellowship in Healthcare Transformation at the OHA Transformation Center.
